REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)/BID NOTICES

The Village of Carpentersville will receive sealed bids until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at the Village Hall, 1200 Besinger Drive, Carpentersville, Illinois for the public works facility.

Specifications and drawings are available from Williams Construction Management, LTD., 450 East Gundersen Drive, Carol Stream, Illinois 60118, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A $25.00 nonrefundable fee is required for a set of bid plans and specifications in PDF format on a CD-Rom and a $200.00 nonrefundable fee is required for a hard copy set of bid plans and specifications. Checks should be made payable to the Village of Carpentersville.

All received bids will be opened and read publicly at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at the Village of Carpentersville Village Hall. The Village of Carpentersville reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.
