The Human Resources Department's responsibilities include hiring,
staff development and training, risk management, maintenance of
classification and pay plans, administration of employee benefit
programs, development and administration of Village personnel policy and
procedures, maintenance of employee records, and collective bargaining.
The Human Resources Department plays an integral role in the Village of
Carpentersville's strategic planning and policy development initiatives.
