Pay Water Bill

Water/Sewer Service

Water bills are currently mailed on a bi-monthly basis. The process of reading a resident's water meter is completely automated. Water Division personnel read the meters electronically through radio waves. The Village currently serves approximately 10,000 residents.

To establish water service the owner of the property must provide proof of ownership in the form of a settlement statement or deed. The owner must also fill out our water application and provide a form of picture identification. Water can be turned on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm. .

In October of 2011 the Village implemented a five year rate increase program to cover the necessary operating cost and the costs associated with much needed infrastructure maintenance and improvements.

**Effective June 1st, 2015 The Village Finance Department Will be Open For Extended Hours (5pm-7pm) Only On The 2nd and 3rd Thursdays to Accept Utility, Parking Tickets, and Other Payments**
