Business licenses are required for any business conducting, engaging in, maintaining, or operating a business or business activity within the Village, including home-based businesses. The license year begins on January 1 and ends on December 31. Applications may be picked up at Village Hall in the Village Clerk’s office or is available on the Village’s website.

The first step for licensing your business is to apply for a Certificate of Occupancy with the Community Development Department. After receiving a Certificate of Occupancy, your business license can be issued.
